Pricing

The rate you see when you submit your request is locked to your order and won't change afterward. During the confirmation call, we may adjust quantities at your request or apply a discount, but never the per-kg rate.

Minimum order

Requests must meet a minimum order value, shown in your cart before you submit.

Advance & balance

To confirm your order, we collect an advance over WhatsApp/call — an amount you choose (around a third of the order value is typical). The remaining balance is paid by UPI to the delivery person on arrival.

Cancellations & refunds

If you cancel your order, the advance is not refunded. If we cancel — for example due to a supply issue, or because your location turns out not to be serviceable — your advance is refunded in full. Any overpayment or billing correction is refunded as the difference.

Serviceability

We're running a trial covering select neighbourhoods. Anyone can submit a request; serviceability for your exact location is confirmed during the callback.
